Help Turkey and Syria

We have all been shocked by the recent earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. Even after seeing some images of the consequences of these events, it is hard to understand how devastating it was. There is a humanitarian urgency.
I have good friends there, some from the Symfony community, some others from my past journeys there, and they all told me that some of their family members were affected by the earthquakes. Tens of thousands of people have been killed and even more were injured.
They need help. Today, I would like to spread the word about their financial needs. I am sure that the Symfony community can help many families there. That will probably be a small drop in the ocean, but nevertheless, let's see what we can do.
There are many possibilities, but a friend from Turkey recommended to share these two with you:
Help the Symfony project!
As with any Open-Source project, contributing code or documentation is the most common way to help, but we also have a wide range of sponsoring opportunities.
