Superman is back on screen with « My Adventures With Superman »
The famous hero Superman will soon be back in an all-new animated series. The famous DC Comics character will be at the center of an all-new adventure focusing on the daily lives of Lois Lane and Clark Kent.
Let’s face it, 2023 is a great year for animated superheroic productions. In addition to Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, released on May 31, and Ninja Turtles Teenage Years, due in cinemas on August 2, Superman will also be back in animated format. DC and Warner have just produced a brand-new animated series centered on the Man of Steel, entitled My Adventures with Superman.
Imagined by Sam Register, the show focuses primarily on the relationship between Lois Lane and Clark Kent, who makes his debut as a reporter at the Daily Planet. Soon to be released on Adult Swim (available in France as part of the Warner Pass on Prime Video, or as part of the Toonami + Adult Swim option on the Molotov app), the show has just been revealed further through a brand-new trailer.
My Adventures with Superman takes us back in time. The series focuses on a young Superman who is starting out both as a vigilante and as a journalist. He has just met Lois Lane, and their romance is in its infancy. The latter is in charge of training a young recruit: photographer Jimmy Olsen.
My Adventures with Superman is scheduled to hit screens on July 6, 2023 on Adult Swim, with two episodes offered at launch. Two new episodes will then be released each week.
